Sound familiar?

Every band and venue
deals with the same chaos

Stage Portal was built by people who've been on every side of the stage. We've felt every one of these and built the fix.

💬

Gig info scattered across apps

Load-in times in WhatsApp, riders in email, setlists in Notes, expenses on a napkin. Nobody has the full picture.

📄

Riders rebuilt from scratch every gig

The same document, reformatted, re-emailed, and re-explained to a different sound engineer every single time.

🎵

Setlists in screenshots, everywhere

Three versions in three different WhatsApp threads. Nobody's sure which one is the final set on the night.

👥

Crew and band not properly briefed

Someone always shows up not knowing their role, what gear to bring, or what time load-in actually is.

💷

No idea what each gig costs

Travel, food, gear hire, split fees — most bands genuinely don't know if they made money or lost it on a show.

🔥

Last-minute chaos before every show

The hour before doors open spent fixing things that should have been sorted days ago. Every. Single. Gig.

Stage Portal puts all of this in one place

"The rider builder alone is worth it. We used to send a rough Word doc and hope for the best. Now we send something that actually looks professional and you can tell venues notice the difference."

The Aggravating Family

Gigging band

"Finally one place for everything. Before this I was always the one chasing everyone for setlists and riders the night before. Now I just share it through Stage Portal and everyone's on the same page."

What is Stage Portal?
Stage Portal is gig management software built for bands, independent artists, event organisers and grassroots music venues. It replaces the mix of WhatsApp groups, email threads, spreadsheets, and scattered apps that most musicians and venue operators use to manage shows. Stage Portal brings bookings, riders, setlists, crew scheduling, equipment tracking, run sheets, and band communication into one organised platform. Plans for artists start from £5 per month (annual) and venue plans from £50 per month, both with a free 30-day trial.
Who is Stage Portal for?
Stage Portal is built for anyone involved in putting on live music shows: gigging bands and independent artists who manage their own bookings; multi-band musicians playing across several projects; grassroots and community music venues managing bookings, crew, and artist advancement; promoters and event organisers building lineups and coordinating logistics. It’s designed specifically for the grassroots level, without dedicated teams, who are doing everything themselves.
How is Stage Portal different from other band or venue management software?
Most band management tools are focused on booking agencies and client management. Most venue management tools are built for conference centres and wedding venues, not live music. Stage Portal is built specifically for the grassroots live music ecosystem: both the artist and the venue side, using the same platform. It’s also the tool built by people who’ve run bands, festivals, and venues themselves, which means it handles the specific workflows of live music, tech riders, input lists, load-in schedules, and show-day run sheets, rather than generic event administration.
How long does it take to get set up?
Most artists and venues are fully set up within 10–15 minutes. Start by adding your next gig or booking, drop in your rider or crew details, and invite your bandmates or team. There’s no complex onboarding, no training required, and no steep learning curve. You can start with just one gig and build from there.
Do bandmates or venue team members need their own paid accounts?
No. Stage Portal operates on a per-band or per-venue subscription, one subscription covers your whole team. Bandmates, crew, and venue staff all access the platform at no additional cost. Artist plans are one subscription per band; venue plans cover multiple users depending on the plan tier.
How much does Stage Portal cost?
Artist and band plans cost £10 per month (monthly) or £5 per month billed annually. Venue plans start from £50 per month (Basic), £100 per month (Advanced), or £300 per month (Pro). All plans include a free 30-day trial with no credit card required. Full pricing details are on the artist and venue product pages.
Does Stage Portal work for small or new bands with only a few gigs a year?
Yes. Stage Portal is designed specifically for grassroots and independent artists at every level, from bands playing their first local shows to artists with busy touring schedules. Even with only a handful of gigs per year, the admin of managing riders, setlists, and crew communication adds up quickly. Stage Portal organises everything in one place so you can run every gig prepared, regardless of how often you play.
