Creating the future of event management

Founders Ben and Dave Wratten have spent over a decade in the live music sector, as artists, running a production company, organising festivals and as venue owners. During this time they experience the same issues over and over, that key information such as artist riders were not standardised and often out of date resulting in stress for both the organiser and artists side when it came time for the show. 

They also felt that there was a lot of time being spent on admin tasks which could be better spend on more high value tasks bringing to life better shows. 

This is where the idea for Stage Portal was born, using Ben and Dave’s background in software development and marketing they built the end to end solution for Artists and Venues to save time and reduce stress.

The Stage Portal team has now expanded brining on new team members each with a passion and history in the music sector.
